The human body is a very complex machine. Every fiber of your being must work in harmony to keep you moving and feeling young. On one or more occasion you may have felt something going on in your body that does not make you feel in harmony. Maybe you slept wrong, you overworked your body or maybe just moved your head the wrong way. You go to the doctor and they push muscle relaxers, or narcotic pain medication, but this doesn't fix the problem. You keep limping through life, accumulating more pain every day and making a big imbalanced mess.
I'm here to tell you, you are fixable. The puzzle of your body is solvable, and I believe I can help guide you back into harmony. As a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor, I've come to understand the body in a different way than most doctors. Sixty to eighty-five percent of pain people experience in their life is caused by muscle pain, yet, competent massage therapists working with the muscular system is very rare. I am different, use my in depth knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to get to the bottom of the issues causing pain in every person who seeks me out.

I begin most sessions with myofascial release followed by deep tissue, cupping, hot stones, scraping and trigger point therapy. However, every session I custom the massage for every person I meet.
